Doing something I have always wanted to do in a few months .. Looking for some help .. Start weight was 16stone 2lb now sitting at 14stone 5lb I have lost just under 2 stone in 5 months but need to loss another 3 in 2 months does anyone think this is possible ??
Does anyone have any suggestions what I can have as a snack before bed .. My calories are saying I haven't ate enough .. Don't want to go to bed without anything then my log of today's calories and exercise don't save ?
