So I'm currently doing a six week shred program and it's going OK, in three weeks I'm down 7 lbs and 6.5". It's designed round the gym but throws in things like planks, ball leg curls, lunges etc. but I'd say 80% weights (oh has cardio too). How do you stay motivated - 8 weeks down 30 lbs still see fat guy in mirror and get discouraged
As subject states I'm 8 weeks in yesterday, I've lost 30 lbs and quite a few inches, need to lose another 40 to 50 lbs depending on how much muscle I put on.
