I need a boost!
I have steadily lost 1lb a week. I am down a total of 7 lbs since I started myFitness Pal and 25 total from the beginning of my weight loss journey. I want a 2 - 3 - 4 lb week!! I would love just one week to be super exciting. LOL!!

Wow! I have been awesome at keeping within my goals for 11 days. Today I bombed and basically ate dessert all day.

More Protien! Less fat?
I was so surprised about how much fat I eat. Seriously! Hummus has so much more than I thought. So, what have you all done to eat more good protien and less fat? Help! Im new and looking for friends. P.S. The idea of "low fat" seems weird and I dont eat dairy.
