When and how is the best way to accurately weigh yourself? In the morning, at night, with clothes without clothes?
Got on the elliptical for the first time today. Set the workout for 18 minutes. I am proud to say that I completed all 18 minutes even though it took me longer than 18 minutes because it was my first time. I plan to continue to use the elliptical until I am able to do all 18 minutes with no pauses.
I got dissapointed today when I entered my salad without dressing into my diary for today and saw the estimated weight for 5 week progression and when I added the salad dressing it when up by 6 pounds for a small pack of light ranch dressing.
I have always hate exercising but playing just dance with my little sister is a really fun way to get in exercise and have fun at the same time.
Having trouble finding healthy food to eat for lunch. I'm a full time college student and working at the same time so I don't have time to make food at home but finding healthy food to eat on my lunch break is a challange.
