1. Spend time thinking about how to get a better night's sleep. 2. Continue being active and eating right. 3. Put phone down by 8 pm. 4. Have a 15 minute relaxation time between 8 and 9. 5. Use lavender lotion and balm. 6. Make a presleeping ritual a habit in my life.

I am needing some encouragement right now. Stayed within my calorie count for a week and felt amazing: energy, good mood. I have strayed and now : lethargic, depressed. Filled in my food dairy today for the first time in weeks. Really am needing to push to get up to get ready for work.
I am powerless against sugar.
I just need to put this out into the universe. I am ____________ with sugar. I forget the word from the 12 step program. I am weak when it comes to sugar. I am one of those people that really can't partake in sugar (high sugar) because that's when I fall apart.
Need encouragement and will give encouragement for getting to a healthy weight and maintaining it.
