If i want to build muscle and lose fat %, what must my carb, protein and fat % intake be per day. At the momemt i am working towards 1200 calories per day. 30% carbs, 35% protein and 35% fat.

Calories and macro nutrients
I need help with the amount of calories i must eat per day to lose weight and still build muscle. Presently i am on1200 per day and my macros on 4.4.2. I do weight lifting 4 days a week and 35 to 45 min cardio. I struggle with weights and I think it may be that i dont eat enough to build muscle. Pls help.

USN 12 Week Challenge
I joined the USN 12 week challenge. Starting week 5 tomorrow. Following 5 meal eating plan and using their products. 4 weeks in, lost 4.7kg, from 34.3% muscle to 35.3% and fat from 27.9% to 24.5%. Only did the exercises for 2 weeks out of the 4. Anyone else doing a challenge like this? would like to hear from you.
