Shoes for lifting
I use Nike trainers when I workout but lately I've been feeling like the air soles are making my stance "squishy"...if that makes sense.... When to up the weight?
I hit my PR on squats and deadlifts for 5 sets of 5. should I stay at this weight until i can do something like 3x10? or up the weight and continue trying to hit 5x5 with a higher weight? Thanks!

Hi guys, so I got my body fat measured today. I'm 137.2 lbs with 20-24% body fat. 20-24% is the scale I got because on the machine I scored 22% and the trainer told me it's + or - 2 points.
