I've gotten back on my fitness horse. I've been making sure to watch what I eat and definitely log when I can and reaching my steps. I've been slowly losing! I've was wondering if anyone has tried these products? I just want a little extra kick.
I've changed my diet only eating 1500 calories a day and walking 1.5 miles every day with some days doing 15 minutes on a stationary bike. I started April 6th and lost 5 lbs.
