Workout calories burned
So MFP set my calorie intake at 2110 to lose 2lbs. per week. On day I work out how many calories should I be eating back? For example like today 2110+2015 (burnt calories )- 2561 (ate)= 1564 remaining....I have been the same weight for 30 days now. Under 1000 calories
Some days I'm just not that hungry...before my life style change I didn't eat a lot. I just are wrong foods and drank soda and sweet tea all day long....I probably drank 5000 calories in sugar drinks a day...it's a challenge to eat healthy foods and not feel so full im uncomfortable how do I eat more and not feel miserable?

Crystal light: good or bad?
So what is you guys opinions on crystal light? I bought popsicle maker from the dollar store and started making crystal light popsicles. They are 4 oz. popsicles so they are only 2.5 calories a piece.

Totally down on myself
So...I have been doing awesome....lost 21 lbs in 60 day.... and even had a few cheat days like on day 20 I had 2 slices of ABC pizza... but the last 2 days I have gained 4 & 6 lbs.
