Hello, I'm new to this forum thing, but thought it would be cool to get some support and support others in the name of fitness. I have been working out on and off for 2.5 years and started out by dirty bulking my way from 165 to 208. I'm 5.11 so it wasn't toooo bad. Fast forwarding, I'm now 183ish, and trying tondiet down…
