MFP + Google Fit
I hope someone can answer this for me... I have mfp and google fit linked so that my exercise that's tracked by Google is factored in to the mfp numbers. A few times activities that are done in the evening are used for the next day stats instead of the same day. I checked the time zone settings and they are both right. Why…

Sexercise
He thinks its funny but I know you all will understand. Every time we have "acrobatic encounters" I'm down 2 lbs the next day and it stays off! Wish we could be this active all the time. Calorie counting + sexercise...I'd be skinny in no time!

4lbs in one day?!
So...I work out daily. Watch what I eat. Taking contrave. Yesterday I stepped up my strength training. Did a full 30 minutes and used heavier weights. Did my regular cadio too. I step on the scale this morning and I went from 224.2 (yesterdays morning weight) to 220.4 (todays morning weight). I know weight doesnt come off…
