  • I know exactly what u mean...sometimes it's hard for others to understand. I used to drink all the time but for years now I only drink about once a week and when I do it's an all nighter. Such fun. Lol. My issue is the opposite of what's supposed to happen. I dont gain from the empty calories and I lose my appetite when…

  • I weigh myself first thing every morning, helps to keep my mind on track for the day ahead. I also like watching success stories
  • That's another thing I like about Google fit...they estimate ur inactive calorie burn too. Combined with MFP it's a great tool
  • I just calculated my weight x .57 It's pretty much on track with what Google fit calculates. Thanks for the info! Good to know for future use.
  • I wanna join! Starting weight:251 Current weight: 206.4 Goal weight: 180
  • When my weight goes up for no reason over a few days I know it's time for my monthly. When my monthly comes on it stabilizes and then drops towards the end of my cycle.
  • Your stats are similar to mine. Hope to get where u are eventually. Great job! And that food looks delicious!
  • Thanks for bumping this thread. Awesome stories. Too bad a lot of the pics are gone. Can't wait to add my own.
  • :# Possibly...probably...definitely guilty. But it wasnt to bragg! I was honestly stoked about the morning after weightloss trend ;) :p :D
  • :D I almost dropped my wine. lmao!!
  • Motivating.I feel guilty when I skip the gym, even with a deficit. Good to know I can still be successful like you if I skip as long as I watch my intake. Thanks for sharing and congrats!
  • Oh! How did I forget? Anyone have a problem with boils? Saturate cloth or tissue with acv and let it sit on the boil for a few hours, may have to repeat if boil is severe. It'll do one of 2 things...dry the boil up and it goes away or it'll make it pop and drain completely No cutting needed, no packing. Done.
  • Cucumbers, lil salt, lil pepper and a splash of Braggs acv. Yums. Also great for my hair. I use it in my co wash and as a dandruff treatment. Use it on my face too! Diluted in water and aloe. Works great. Love my acv almost as much as my coconut & avocado oil.
  • Great job! I have 2 pairs of jeans in the back of my closet waiting for me to fit them again. One pair is pre pregnancy and the one is from my first weight loss success that ended up as a failure. Definitely a great motivator. It'll be cool if you can update :)
  • I can't agree more. Lol. You actually sound like me. I love seeing the graph and seeing trends
  • Uh...no. He is talking about flutuactions during the day. That's not the topic. I record my daytime weights at 4 times during the day so I know whats normal for me. The topic is about large drop overnight. I will continue to weigh in daily thanks. Scaledown.me
  • That's sounds like my experience too. Next time I see a major loss I'll know its a precursor.
  • So...lets revisit this whoosh thing. March 10th I weighed in at 220.4. Exactly 1 week later my weight has steadily dropped and now im to 220.2. Was the 220 seven days ago a signal that my body was changing? Could it have been a Whoo instead of a Whoosh? Haha. Im reaching. Good news is...I'm back to 220.
  • Welcome!

  • :D
  • :D :D ;)
  • :# I'd rather be fat than sexless. Lol. Maybe take in extra calories to compensate.
  • :D Down 2 lbs a day...We may have to reconsider how often we get acrobatic!
  • Lol! These comments are hilarious. Thanks for the input. Even if its a coincidence I think I'll keep at it. I dont know if its an obesity cure but its helping to solve my obesity problem. Lol I think we need to get a cabin :D
  • Maybe I should have posted this in chit chat?
  • It wasn't a "whoosh" :-( So the water weight explanation was probably what happened. I'm back at 224.2 but atleast I didn't gain!
  • Having a stationary job leaves you sedentary for most of the day which makes a difference in a weight loss journey. It makes a difference in how many calories you should take in, not about how often to work out. When you set up your MFP account it asked about your movement level at work because it matters.
  • Im 37 5'1 and I sit on the phone all day. MFP has me at 1200 also. I work out daily and I aim for a calorie deficit. I do cardio on treadmill and weights for strength training. I weigh myself first thing every morning so I can see what my body is telling me about the day before. I am slowly be steadily loosing weight.
  • This helps me a LOT. Makes absolute sense and also explains the whoosh effect another poster told me about. Thanks
  • Good point. I won't get too excited. Thanks
