lack of discipline, gained all what i lost
Hi everyone, in August 2013 I hit 190 lb (i am 5 ft). For my health it is crucial to drop weight and maintain it. Since this date I dropped 23 lb and gained them all back, and lost 12 and gained them back and so on.
