Anyone testing blood ketones?
If so, what carb or net carb amount are you seeing optimal ketones at? For me, it seems to be only when I'm under 20 TOTAL carbs grams of carbs daily, urgh! Even then the highest I've seen is in the 0.8 - 1.2 range.
