Has anyone tried the military diet? It claims up to 10 pounds in 3 days which is a little hard to believe. I'm on a 1,200 calorie diet right now and was just wanting some reviews of this diet before trying it myself.
I currently weigh 160 but my goal is about 125. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and about 45 minutes of working out a day. Does anyone have any suggestions of low calorie meals or workouts? Eating clean can sometimes be hard for the simple fact I don't have enough time to cook every day.
