I'm curious if anyone with a fitbit and MyFitnessPal records walking/running other than as steps? Loke if I went for a 45 min walk/run on the treadmill my fitbit counts my steps and syncs with myfitnesspal...so do I need to add anything as activity besides what automatically goes between the two apps?? What do you count for calories? I know some don't bother counting fruits and veggies and others have certain preferences with certain food...what do you guys do??
