Not losing..
Its day 35 for me and the last 2-3 weeks I have stayed the same weight :/ I haven't been doing a 5 day workout but normally get 1+ 30 min workout in. I eat within my calorie goal (went over a few times but nothing more then 200) in a week I'd say my calorie overage would be less then 300. On average I'm walking 5000+ steps…

To sync or not to sync
I've been debating on syncing my fitbit to MFP but am on the fence about it. Does anyone have both accounts synced and find its pretty accurate calorie wise or am I better of keeping them separated? thanks for any feedback ☺

Need help adding "workout"
Sorry if this post is in the wrong place. Every Tuesday for me is truck day at work,that means I'm chucking 40 pound bags of litter,and 26 pound bags of dog food for an hour or 2.
