Day 10 for me.
So I started this challenge at 252lbs. Yesterday I weighed myself and I was at 246.5lbs. I've consistently gone over my daily calorie intake according to MFP and I'm still dropping the weight. Overall I've dropped about 3 inches of my body size. I will post new results on Sunday. :)

Am I the only one that eats the entire egg? Shell and all?
When I cook eggs I never throw the shells out. I wash them and once I have a dozen or 18 I'll bake them in the oven at 220° for about 20 min to kill any bacteria. Once I'm done with that I'll put them in my Molcajete (sp?) And grind them down to a fairly fine powder and put it in a jar for future use. Egg shells are pretty…
