I'm under my calorie amount almost every day and yet my weight has been doing a bounce between 141-143 for the past 3 weeks. It's making me nutty. No I don't exercise but I track my calories like a madwoman. I thought losing weight was a simple formula of calories in calories out. What gives?
I'm not preggo, but my little monthly friend hasn't arrived. I'm running 3 days behind. Can this be because of the calorie counting? I'm doing 1400.
Anyone have any suggestions for foods that will fill me up? I'm still hungry after I eat.
Are there any shakes that are full of good stuff like shakeology but won't take up my whole eating budget like shakeology does? Another words, I love the chocolate shakeology but I don't love the price.
