2300 cals my daily intake to hit my goal. Today I'm 500 cals short. Is it bad not to hit that 2300 everyday?
How do you enter breakfast lunch dinner snack. Do you enter them in throughout the day? Or do you meal prep and add everything for that day the night before?!
