Looking to succeed after many attempts. Jan 1st. 2016 I wanted to bulk from 167-180 finally after 2 full months I did it. Felt as if I could've gone 1 more month to hit that 185-190 mark but curiosity cought me and I want to know what's under all this fluf. 164-160 will be the lowest I'll cut to see what hard work and dedication looks like. Feel free to add if your on the same boat I'll also need a lot of motivation to hit my goal. Thanx
