Hey Ladies! I'm 5'4, 132lbs. Currently lifting 3 days a week and doing HIIT 3-4 days a week. My macros are currently set at: 160g carbs 106g protein 53g fat Approx 1550 calories Will this ratio help my reach my fat loss/tone up goals?
