My workout plan?
I'm currently working out 6 days a week for about 70-80mins - 1 mile run to gym (8-10min) - Upper-body and ab workout (45min-50min) - 1 mile run back home (8-10min) I am a 5'5 Male, 21 years old, 157.8 lbs as of 2/29/16.
