Well I can't wear long socks because of my legs lol. They eventually end up just drooping down. Thanks for the advice. I will add some minor leg workouts in addition to my workout at the gym. Squats, lunges, and calf raises?

I could... but i'm trying to slim my legs not make them bigger. When I do legs, I do weighted squats(235lb) and clean and jerks (75lbs) 3 sets of 8 for each. My calves and thighs right now are huge, because of my days in football and sprints.

I used too, but I run 2 miles a day, I figured it wasn't necessary.
