My workout plan?

I'm currently working out 6 days a week for about 70-80mins
- 1 mile run to gym (8-10min)
- Upper-body and ab workout (45min-50min)
- 1 mile run back home (8-10min)

I am a 5'5 Male, 21 years old, 157.8 lbs as of 2/29/16. Not sure what body fat % is, but it should be between 12-18.

Breakfast: 1 banana (7:40am)
Lunch: Caprese Salad from publix (between 12-3pm)
Dinner: 1/4 rotisserie chicken w/ 8 oz of frozen vegetables or 2 packages of ramen w/ 6 oz beef
Cheat days: maybe once or twice a month, publix chicken tender sub or fast food
Water: 3-4 bottles a day.
I've lost 3 lbs in 3-4 weeks so far. I'm pretty consistent on my diet.
Any tips or advice? Is my current workout plan any good?

Do you do any lower body lifting?

I used too, but I run 2 miles a day, I figured it wasn't necessary.

If you walked to the gym, would you lift lower body?

I could... but i'm trying to slim my legs not make them bigger. When I do legs, I do weighted squats(235lb) and clean and jerks (75lbs) 3 sets of 8 for each. My calves and thighs right now are huge, because of my days in football and sprints.

If you're eating to lose weight, lower body lifting is going to help you get stronger, not bigger legs. I imagine that you are looking at your legs through Big Leg Goggles and that they aren't nearly as huge as you fear.

Regardless, back to the original question. I think your workout plan is unbalanced and that you should be working your whole body.

Well I can't wear long socks because of my legs lol. They eventually end up just drooping down.
Thanks for the advice. I will add some minor leg workouts in addition to my workout at the gym.
    Squats, lunges, and calf raises?
