I am about 5 days into this change, feeling like I am already feeling more energetic and sleeping better. 5'5" 178# on 1200, eating back (most) calories from yoga, gw is 125#. Don't have a food scale yet, but being cautious with estimates. Any advice or friend adds welcome.
