Anyone have ideas for high protein but low fat foods? Peanut butter has protein but also fat, eggs protein but cholesterol, Greek yogurt protein but sugar, etc. any other suggestions?

Eat Your Heart Out Diet
Has anyone heard of this diet? Or tried it? It lasts 7 days. Fruit only on day one, day two veggies, day three veggies and fruit, and so on. Breakfast
I try to eat 300-450 calories for breakfast daily. Most of the time it's oatmeal with berries and an egg. Sometimes it's cereal with flaxseed and yogurt.
