I hear adding coconut oil to your coffee can make it taste better and boost the metabolism. Never got around to trying it myself yet. Maybe add cinnamon to your coffee.

I actually had Chinese food twice this week and still saw some weight loss. I mean they give you so much food at restaurants so I always have leftovers for the next day. Just fit it into your calorie goal.

I've lost 18 pounds in roughly 3 years and now I want to lose a little more, but haven't lost anymore. I gained 10 pounds over the holidays (I was 137ish) so I'm trying to get back to that point.

Sometimes, depends on whether I'm hungry or not after a workout. I remember last year I always left 500 calories left whether I worked out or not and it just wasn't healthy. I'm 5' 2" and 145ish. I wish I was taller that way it wouldn't be so bad. I used to be 165 and around this time last year I was 135, so my weight changes pretty quickly. Still trying to lose the last 10-20 pounds of my weight lose journey.

I used to weight myself almost every hour of the day, just to see how different clothes, activities, and foods do to the body weight wise. Some of my clothes add an extra 3 pounds.

Yeah I was thinking that 3 would be pretty achievable. I do notice that I can lose weight really fast if I work out more and eat healthier, but 6 seems like too much to ask for in 3 weeks. BUT it is a possibility.

I have a plan for my weight loss. I'm going to continue to lose after prom. I'm not just losing weight for prom. It's just a goal I set so I could feel motivated to actually lose weight for an event.

I realized that as long as I work out more, it gives me something else to focus on unstead of food. So if I have a craving I could just workout. It's just lately I've been eating a lot more than I normally do.
