Breakfast

I try to eat 300-450 calories for breakfast daily. Most of the time it's oatmeal with berries and an egg. Sometimes it's cereal with flaxseed and yogurt. Oh and I like having English muffins with PB and banana. Either way it makes me look forward to breakfasts daily if I have those foods. I was wondering if there are more recipes for oatmeal that helps with weight loss. Is my calorie intake for breakfast too high for losing weight?

It doesn't matter. Your calorie intake overall is what matters. Whether you have no breakfast at all or eat all your calories for breakfast matters not one bit. The deficit matters.0

It doesn't matter how much you eat in any one meal. What matters is that you eat in an overall caloric deficit. It is generally easiest to track that daily or weekly, meaning that you eat to a certain daily goal or average your calories over a week.0
