How often should it be done if the goal is to speed up the weight loss process? Obviously losing weight is a process and takes times but fasted cardio helps burn fat at a faster rate rather than doing cardio after eating a meal. Just curious how often it should be done. Any takers?
So one of biggest goals is to compete in fitness/physique shows. Since I don't have much guidance yet or a coach to guide me on training/diet for now, maybe anyone on here whose been through it can give me some tips ??
