Not enough
So I put in all my food and exercise for the day and the app said I didn't eat enough for the day. I'm sure I'll never have this problem again, but should I quickly scarf down some food to make my goal or should I just focus on getting enough calories for tomorrow?

Feeling overwhelmed
I've tried to do this more than once and I always quit within the first month. Any advice on how to stick with it? I just get sip overwhelmed with it all and end up just quitting.
