Figured out a workout plan!
So, I LOVE doing Pilates, weigh lifting and cardio. But Pilates is best for core, legs and glutes weight lifting is best for upper body So, I decided on a great plan so I can enjoy all 3 with out over training: Day 1: Chest/tri (weight lifting at gym) Day 2: Pilates legs/cardio Day 3: Core Pilates/cardio Day 4: Back/Biceps…
