So, I LOVE doing Pilates, weigh lifting and cardio.
But Pilates is best for core, legs and glutes
weight lifting is best for upper body

So, I decided on a great plan so I can enjoy all 3 with out over training:

Day 1: Chest/tri (weight lifting at gym)
Day 2: Pilates legs/cardio
Day 3: Core Pilates/cardio
Day 4: Back/Biceps
Day 5: Full Body Pilates
Day 6: REST
Day 7: core pilates/cardio

*workouts can vary depending on when hubby
is available to workout with me*

What do y'all think?

Do you have specific goals with this, or you just wanted a way to fit in all the things you enjoy?

I think your ideas of "best" are flawed. I also think there's a more efficient way to combine those 3 things. I wouldn't only use weights for your upper body, I'd do full body compound movements.

For virtually everyone, doing full body weight training is going to be superior to body part splits.
