Can I trust this app in terms of gaining estimated weight?
Stats: Weight = 60kg Goal = 70kg and 0.5kg a week Active MyFitnessPal calculated that my calorie intake should be 3200cal a day, and protein intake is 160g a day I work out 6 days a week and fulfill these intakes every day (just started out though).
