Can I trust this app in terms of gaining estimated weight?

Stats:
Weight = 60kg
Goal = 70kg and 0.5kg a week
Active

MyFitnessPal calculated that my calorie intake should be 3200cal a day, and protein intake is 160g a day

I work out 6 days a week and fulfill these intakes every day (just started out though).
Now my question is: Should I be worried about the gain distribution? I do bodyweight exercises for 30min 6 days a week. I have no clue if I can trust the app. By that I mean if it's even assured that I will gain 0.5kg a week.

Apart from that...how will the gain be divided? How much of that 0.5kg is muscle and how much is fat?

    Your goal should about 50/50 with the fat to muscle ratio, providing you are relatively lean to start with, follow a progressive routine and are meticulous.
    Weigh yourself every day andaverage every 7, you will soon see a trend. Just do the maths to get it to .5kg gain a week if it isn't hitting it.

    It may be better to join a gym, but there are people who can advise on bulking just on body weight exercises.
