When I get ill, it usually lasts for 2-3 days and then I am back on the exercise! But now I have this awful chest cold that seems will last for a while (already been 4 days and I don't feel any better). What do you do in this case? Do you stick to your calories, or do you lower them? :) Thanks! :)
