Lower stomach fat
Any tips on how to lose this? I do an ab workout every night, and run at the gym if I have time to go (along with working out). I also have started eating less portions of food and less fattening and sugary snacks. I try to eat a lot of protein. (Chicken, meat)

Love this app
Getting back to working out again. Don't ALWAYS have time to go to the gym bc of homework (college-ULM) but always do workouts in my dorm if I don't go. Eating better also. Top goal is a flat stomach and eventually abs, and then to work on the rest!
