Operation Coke bottle
Pear body to Coke bottle is my goal. I lost 30 lbs last year and have maintained it but with my birthday in July and a Cabo trip it's time to shed my fluff and get the best body I can. 30 more lbs is my goal and I'm trying counting my calories for once . Before I did Atkins but as Oprah stated "I love bread"
