what is the best ratio on fat protien and carbs?
roughly 30 30 and 30? to equal 100% it seems like the paleo and atkins are the diets that are helping people to lose weight. they have some differences, but basically it seems the ratio of protein carbs and fat and not too different. What do you think? How do you set your daily nutrition goals to lose weight?!!!!

about adding exercise when all the limits go up
If you're trying to lose weight and you figure in your exercise, all the goal levels go up. Do you think it's better to not add the exercise in the program (of course exercise in real life)? That way you don't trick yourself into adding more food. What do you think? Do you post or not post your exercise?
