I am doing just the exercise portion of the 21 day fix, how do I log that in MFP? I skimmed over the exercises and didn't see some the names of what I did for the last 2 days. TIA!

Does anyone know the nutritional info for a Slim Salad from Slim Chicken? I had it with grilled chicken, no carrots, no tomatoes, no fried onion sticks, no croutons, and a half of the little container of ceaser dressing they gave me. I did eat the three thin slices of cucumber. Thanks so much!
