Hi all... I'm looking to live a healthier lifestyle. I've been taking spin classes 6 mornings a week for 3 weeks but I'll admit, I'm not the best at monitoring what I eat. I've definitely got a sweet tooth and I've been eating poorly for so long that it's hard for me to break the cycle. Any tips, suggestions, etc?
