Montréal getting in shape!
Hey all. I'm a Montréal girl trying to get back in shape. Tried, like a lot of people here, a bunch of times. But this one is the right one! I'm a Burlesquer, and as much as I am not ashamed of my body, I'd want to feel more sexy and move more freely onstage.
Military diet, any results?
So I was wondering: Been seeing a lot about the military diet. I find it a tad intense but it's only for 3 days at a time, with a 4 day break between each time you want to do it. They say you lose 10 pounds in a week, and I don't know if I believe it. Did anyone give it a try? Any results? Opinions?
