Started about 6 years ago and was consistent for about 2 years
As the title says I started about 6 years ago and I lost roughly 40 lbs at that time. In the last 2 years with everything going on in the world and not to mention my personal life I let my health/weight go and here I am back at it to get back on track !

Inspiration
I don't mean to sound like a pervert, but does anyone else find inspiration from working out next to someone attractive? I always feel that extra bit of motivation when I'm at the gym and an attractive woman is working out near by.

Surprised
The last week or two have been excellent. I have been on track for the most part and had a couple of off days calorie wise, but have still managed to lose weight. Has anyone had to check their weight 2 or 3 times because they didn't believe it? Lol
