Meal plan for tomorrow needs some reviewing if you'll help
This is my meal plan so far for tomorrow ( breakfast , lunch and snacks ) any suggestions /improvements ? 1200 Cals ??
I just started this journey and when I put in all my info mfp has me at 1200 Cals a day ! Is anyone losing on that ? I feel like I'll starve ? Lol . Sounds kind of low !
