Can't loose weight on 1,600 calories
Hi I am new to this site and app but previous I lost weight exercising 3 times weekly on 1000 to 1200 calories (1000 on non running days),I am 5ft 7 and 117lbs.i have followed the recommended calorie intake of 1,600 calories.i have been exercising 4 days a week weight training and 3 days cardio but I can't seem to loose…
