Tennis Players?
Anyone play extensively? I'd love to talk about any workout plans / cardio tennis drills that you may have learned. Also, I'm basically a true tennis nerd, and the French Open just got underway.

I'm in love with Tennis...
I just don't see it as a weight loss option. I started playing consistently in the last year (3-4 times per week) and I haven't seen much if any weight loss. I started here to see if I could add to my fitness. Any other tennis players here? Advice? If you're in Portland let's play (:
