I want to gain my weight back. I lost 40lbs due to stress and depression and have had no appetite.
In need of help gaining and maintenance of healthy weight. Ive lost the shape of my body and health after stress,depression and having a c-section. If you live in NYC even better to have a workout partner. I am very shy to go in the gym alone.
