Health is my goal

In need of help gaining and maintenance of healthy weight. Ive lost the shape of my body and health after stress,depression and having a c-section. If you live in NYC even better to have a workout partner. I am very shy to go in the gym alone.

    I am unsure if I understood your post correctly. Sorry if I misread. Are you want to gain body weight and maintain it ?
    There is a separate MFP Message board for gaining weight with useful post at the beginning of the board. You could start there.
    Yo do not have to go to a gym. Any physical activity is better than sitting in the couch. You could take advantage of Spring weather and go for a walk or run.
