Ok so I work 12 hours a day most of the time 7 days a week. And not an office job where I have access to a microwave all the times but somes. So looking for easy snacks and lunches. And salad get old pretty fast. So some suggestions please
I have lost like about 40 pounds in about a year I know that's not a lot but I have also added muscle in that time but my real goal it to get to 185 or 190. Right now I'm sitting between 200 and 205. It has been a real challenge to get below that 200 mark
