So i just finished 63 days insanity, not fully please with results. need encouragement (see pics)
So today is day 63/63 Insanity. Little background: i am 6'1", 33y/o, started around 175 pounds, now i am 168 (fasting). Belly fat won't go... Day 17
Need advise. Belly fat is why I started I sanity in first place. Diet is good... I'm at calorie deficit. Haven't missed one day. When will belly fat go away? I'm 6'0 and 173 lbs
